She uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Neuroscience for anxiety and mindset, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you learn to manage your anxiety and uncover your own resources; As well as guided imagery and relaxation techniques and other techniques in her toolbox.

Through guided visualization, I can help you create positive images and feelings that can help you to reduce anxiety and effectively manage stress. Guided Imagery can be a powerful tool for creating positive change in your life.


Memory Reconsolidation is a powerful tool used for treating anxiety. It works by re-organizing the memory of a traumatic event to reduce the associated fear and distress. This therapeutic technique helps to re-contextualize the memory and create more positive associations, leading to a decrease in anxiety symptoms.
