Advanced Anxiety Coaching

Adult Anxiety Treatment
You are in the process of learning more about your anxiety, identifying it, and exploring potential triggers.

In my work with clients, I take an integrative approach—meaning I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods and tailor therapy to fit you as a whole person, not just your symptoms. No two people are the same, and your learning and healing shouldn't be either.
This approach allows me to meet you where you are and support your healing and growth in a way that feels natural, personalized, and effective. Rather than sticking rigidly to one model.
CURIOUS ABOUT THE WAYS I GUIDE YOU AND WE WILL WORK TOGETHER?
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS
IFS PARTS WORK is a powerful approach that I utilize often and helps you to understand and heal the different "parts" within you—like the inner critic, the perfectionist, the anxious part, or the part that wants to avoid everything. These parts developed to protect you and your more vulnerable parts, but they can sometimes cause conflict or distress. In therapy, we gently explore these parts with curiosity and compassion, helping them feel seen and understood so you can feel more calm, whole, and in control of your life.
BRAINSPOTTING
BRAINSPOTTING accesses the deeper, emotional parts of the brain, including the limbic system, which holds onto trauma and stress. Unlike talk therapy, which engages the thinking brain (prefrontal cortex), Brainspotting works directly with the emotional and survival brain, helping to release stuck feelings without overanalyzing them.
MEMORY RECONSOLIDATION
Memory Reconsolidation is a powerful tool used for treating anxiety. It works by re-organizing the memory of a traumatic event to reduce the associated fear and distress. This therapeutic technique helps to re-contextualize the memory and create more positive associations, leading to a decrease in anxiety symptoms.
TALK THERAPY
TALK THERAPY is designed to facilitate healing and understanding of the emotional and psychological issues that are impacting your life. Through our collaborative conversations, we will work together to create an environment of trust and respect where you can safely explore and make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. With support and guidance, you will be able to gain insight on how to create a more meaningful life.
COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is an evidence-based approach to helping individuals better manage their anxiety. It focuses on identifying and challenging unhelpful thoughts and behaviors and replacing them with more helpful and adaptive ones. CBT is a collaborative process between you and Stacey to help gain insight and develop skills to manage the anxiety more effectively.
POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY
Positive Psychology helps uncover your strengths and building on them to help you cope with anxiety. We will explore the positive aspects of your life and help you to focus on the present moment. With this guidance, you will be able to find the courage to live life to the fullest.
GUIDED IMAGERY
GUIDED IMAGERY is a psychotherapeutic technique that involves using the imagination to create mental images to reduce stress and anxiety. Through guided visualization, you will create positive images and feelings that can help you to reduce anxiety and effectively manage stress. Guided Imagery can be a powerful tool for creating positive change in your life.
MINDFULNESS
Mindfulness is the practice of gently bringing your attention to the present moment, with curiosity and compassion. In therapy, mindfulness can be a powerful tool for easing anxiety, helping you step out of racing thoughts and connect more fully with yourself. By learning simple, practical techniques, you can create more calm, clarity, and space to respond to life’s challenges rather than react from stress or fear.
ENERGY PSYCHOLOGY
Energy Psychology combines traditional psychotherapy and eastern practices. It is a mind-body practice to promote healing. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) tapping is a specific technique based on the idea that by tapping on these points, we can release blocked energy and promote healing. EFT tapping has been shown to be effective for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD. It is a simple and non-invasive technique that can be done anywhere, making it a convenient tool for managing stress and improving emotional well-being.
