Those who may struggle with anxiety may experience excessive worry, fear, and over-thinking, which can be persistent and difficult to control. They may feel unhealthy, may have a negative mindset, or feel they have a low self-esteem.

Stacey's aim is to assist individuals in understanding the root causes of their anxiety, developing coping mechanisms, and implementing strategies to manage their symptoms effectively to feel better and feel empowered.

I am on the insurance panels for

Aetna, Cigna, MHN, United Healthcare,

straight Blue Shield

and Various EAP programs. 

TELETHERAPY
I provide services via the internet to provide HIPPA compliant, secure, easy, confidential, and personal video counseling. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

After the initial session a 24 hour notice is required. There is a $50 fee for missed sessions under a 24 hours notice.
