ABOUT STACEY

Hi. I do this work because ever since I had to think about what I am going to do for a career in college it was that my heart was pulled to helping people. I don’t like to see suffering. And I think about it as: if I can help one person who wants to empower, improve, and understand them self, then this energy will move forward to the many people in their life. I believe we have to take care of ourselves if we are going to have the ability and energy to take care of and be there for others.

MY BELIEF AND  MISSION

Stacey-rocks.standingcopy.jpg

I believe we all have the ability to make change. Neuroscience has now proven that our brains have neuroplasticity, which is the brain's ability to change. I work to meet you where you are at right now and assist you to create the changes you desire. I take an integrative approach, which means I employ different tools and draw from various modalities to help you with your unique needs.

You deserve to be your authentic you. Being aware and letting go is necessary for healing. You deserve to feel good, and to learn how to access tools to feel good or deal in the moment.

We will work together to meet your goals.

Julia

"I, very much, like speaking with Stacey. She is very understanding and knows exactly when to use probing questions to help get to the root of what is it you are truly seeking help with. I appreciate all she's already helped me with in the short time that we have been partnered together and I look forward to continuing to work together. Thank you Stacey."

Adam

"Stacey has a wonderful way of putting things into healthy perspective. Within a few sessions, she helped me stop worrying about things that don’t deserve immediate attention. Through our discussions, I feel grounded and positive again. She has been a wonderful guide in my path of understanding myself, my motivations, and what I need to be truly happy."

Linda

"Stacey is a great listener. I felt validated and it was easy to talk to her. I may have not always agreed (and she made it apparent that I didn't have to) but she cares and that is evident. I feel better about myself and I have learned tools I can take forward."
